Operation Manager, Hardware

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Salary Range: 50K-70K THB/Month

About the role:

As Operations Manager, Hardware, you'll own the end-to-end hardware operations that keep Pync's supply chain moving at the pace our mission demands. You'll manage contract manufacturers and supply chain partners across Asia, and guide our products through every stage of production.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving hardware environments, speaks the language of factories and supply chains, and takes pride in getting products out the door on time and at quality.

• Responsibilities:
• Own hardware operations from EVT through MP, managing timelines and deliverables at each stage
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and supply chain partners across Asia
• Coordinate logistics, quality control, and inbound/outbound shipments
• Identify and resolve supply chain risks proactively
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to align on production requirements
• Build and improve operational processes as Pync scales
  

We’re looking for:

• Loves pets and animals, and wants to help shape the future of pet care with the Pync team3+ years in Operations or Manufacturing Program Management for hardware products
• Hands-on experience guiding EVT → DVT → PVT → MP transitions
• Strong grasp of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality workflows
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English — essential for this role
• Proven at managing contract manufacturers and external partners
• Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Comfortable in startup or early-scale settings with high ownershipAble to travel across Asia without visa constraints
