What does the Pync Smart Collar do?
The Pync Smart Collar is an intelligent wearable for dogs that combines real-time GPS location tracking, health and activity monitoring, and safety alerts — all managed from the Pync app on your smartphone.
What pets is the Pync collar designed for?
Pync is designed for dogs of all sizes. Please refer to our size guide to select the right fit for your dog. Pync, however, does not currently support cats.
What's in the box?
Your Pync Smart Collar package includes the smart collar module, the collar band, the smart collar hub, a charging cable, a charging adapter, and a quick-start guide.
Getting Started & Setup
How do I set up my Pync collar?
Download the Pync app on your iOS or Android device, create an account, and follow the in-app setup wizard. You'll be prompted to pair your collar, select a subscription plan, and create your dog's profile. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
GPS Tracking & Location
How far can I track my dog with Pync?
There is no range limit. As long as your dog is in an area with GPS and cellular coverage and the smart collar device is on connection, you can track them from anywhere — even if you're far from home.
