As a Dog Behavior Annotation Specialist, you'll label and annotate sensor and video data that trains Pync's AI models to recognize dog behaviors and health signals. Your work directly shapes the accuracy and reliability of our product — making it smarter for every pet parent who depends on it.

Responsibilities:

• Annotate sensor and video data with accurate behavioral and activity labels
• Follow annotation guidelines consistently to ensure high-quality training data
• Flag ambiguous or edge-case data for review
• Collaborate with the AI/ML team to refine labeling criteria over time
• Meet accuracy and throughput benchmarks

We’re looking for:

• Strong familiarity with dog behavior — professional or personal experience welcome
• Detail-oriented with high consistency across repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working with annotation tools and structured guidelines
• Reliable and self-managed in a remote, async environment
• Background in veterinary care, animal training, or shelter work is a plus
