About the role:
As Creative Strategist, Content, you'll own Pync's content presence and help build a community of pet parents who care deeply about their animals' health. You'll ideate, shoot, edit, and publish content that stops the scroll and tells our story in a way that resonates.
This role is perfect for a creative who's equally strategic and hands-on — someone who wants to build something from the ground up. You'll be the bridge between our product and the people who use it, translating complex technology into content that helps pet parents truly understand their pets. And ultimately, helping create a world where pets have a voice — one where their health speaks for itself.
Responsibilities:
- Own Pync's content strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Shoot, edit, and publish video, static, and motion content end-to-end
- Develop a consistent visual identity and brand voice across platforms
- Identify and act on platform trends quickly and with good taste
- Collaborate with the product and marketing team to tell Pync's story
- Track performance and use data to sharpen creative direction over time

- Loves pets and animals, and wants to help shape the future of pet care together with the team at Pync
- Strong eye for design. You have the ability to bring a distinct aesthetic sensibility to every piece
- Strong portfolio across video, static, and motion with a clear point of view
- Hands-on from shoot to final cut — comfortable with editing, design, and sound mixing
- Platform-native thinker — creates distinctly for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Moves fast, takes ownership, and backs ideas with conviction
